At Authentique, we provide affordable, luxury-style handbags carefully checked before shipping. To maintain fair pricing and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds except for defective or incorrect items.

1. No Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for:
  • Change of mind
  • Colour differences due to lighting/screen
  • Size or design preference
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect usage
  • Material texture variations
  • “Doesn’t suit my style” situations
All sales are final once the order is placed.
2. Defective or Wrong Item Received
We only accept replacement requests if:
  • The product is defective,
  • Damaged during delivery, or
  • A wrong item was sent.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging
If approved:
  • We will send a replacement (subject to stock)
  • If replacement is unavailable, we offer store credit or a refund
3. Conditions for Replacement
Replacement will not be approved if:
  • The item has been used
  • Tags, dust bags, or protective packaging are missing
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Photos/videos are not provided
  • Claim is filed after 48 hours
4. Natural Material Variations
These are not considered defects:
  • Minor pressure marks from packing
  • Slight stitching variations
  • Colour differences due to screen brightness
  • Small wrinkles on PU/leather
  • 1–3 cm size variance
These are normal for all handbags, including premium items.
