1. Order Processing Time
  • Ready-stock items: 1–3 working days
  • Pre-order items (if stated): 3–7 working days
Orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated courier delivery timeline:
  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
  • Singapore: 5–12 working days
Peak seasons or courier delays may affect delivery time.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive:
  • A tracking number
  • A courier link
You may track your parcel anytime.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Authentique is not responsible for:
  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address
  • Missing unit numbers
  • Unavailable recipients

Additional redelivery fees (if any) must be borne by the customer.

6. International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties/taxes.

These charges are not included in product prices and must be paid by the buyer.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If a parcel is marked “delivered” but not received:
  • You must file a report directly with the courier.
  • We will assist where possible, but Authentique is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier system.
